**Packages must be used by the intended user. Packages may be transferred one time to family or friends with permission from Serenity Salt Spa. Packages are non-refundable and no show appointments do count as a session. Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the beginning of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel outside of the policy window, you may be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
